Designed for the client who is getting prenatal care elsewhere but desires more support. This is for the purpose of education, inspiration and professional opinions only. Cindie is not taking responsibility for your medical care and will not be accessible outside of consultation times. No medical record will be kept or sent to outside providers. Visits may include measuring or palpating belly or listening to baby heartbeat if desired.
Personalized Prenatal Care
Early Pregnancy Initial Visit

Single 90-minute visit. Review of medical history, teaching, ultrasound (if desired) and lab collection (including pap if due).
Routine OB Visits
$75 per 45-min
$60 per 30-min
Each visit includes baby growth and heartbeat checks, standard medical screenings, anticipatory teaching and discussion of your questions. Help is offered regarding birth planning. Access to midwife between visits. Referrals to outside providers as needed (PT, cardiology, chiropractic, etc). Transfer of care to birth provider by 32 weeks. Complete records will be sent upon request to new provider. Family welcome to attend visits.

Group Prenatal Care (Pilot Project)
Expectant Mom's Group - $30/session

Most insurance plans are accepted. Receipts with appropriate medical codes are available to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. This may also qualify for HSA reimbursement.
Schedule
Designed to offer complete prenatal care up to 32 weeks gestation or supplemental care if you are already seeing a provider. Women are matched in groups with similar due dates. You may join at any time. Participants limited to 6 per session. Although medical care will be completed by 32 weeks, the group has the option of continuing through postpartum.
This is an affordable hybrid model of group and personalized care. If additional time is needed, you could register for an additional Routine OB visit or an ultrasound with additional discount. Your input will be requested about optimal format adjustments, educational topics or guest speakers.
Upon completion of care, records will be sent to birth provider.
You may also use this group while receiving prenatal care through another practice. If you choose to do this, you may use your individual-assessment time for consultation. If this is the case, no medical records will be kept.
We will start with 10 minutes of check-in time, followed by 30 minutes of teaching and Q&A. Individual appointments will then be done in the following hour, 10 minutes each for measurements and lab collection. The appointments will be assigned by drawing. You can either stay and visit with the group while you wait or leave then return at your assigned appointment time.

Ultrasound
$95 per medical scan
$35 - ultrasound for fetal sex only
Types of ultrasound studies offered are: baby growth and heartbeat, fetal sex, measurement of amniotic fluid, fetal position and biophysical profile (a test used to evaluate fetal wellbeing).
We refer to outside services for the 20-week anatomy scan.
You are welcome to make a video with your phone (after clinical measurements are completed) and to bring whatever family you wish. Ultrasound visits are scheduled for 30 minutes.

Miscarriage Support
$60 per 30-min visit
$75 per 45-min visit
The appointment includes counseling, ultrasound if needed, lab collection and making of a management plan.
